"Christina has been my trainer since April 15/2012, 2 months after having a baby. When I started working out with her in April I weighed 163 pounds. As of today, 2.5 months later, I am down 35 pounds!
Christina set me up with meal and workout plans to suit my busy schedule and they were very easy to follow.
Every month since then she has switched up my workouts and tweaked my meal plan. To tell you the truth, I don't think I've ever eaten this much in my life. 5-6 smaller meals a day, and to this day I've never felt the need or the want to eat the sixth meal.
The trick is to portion out your meals and prep everything at the beginning of the week. It really helped me stick to it, and I'm loving the results!
Christina is a very knowledgeable, personable, encouraging, and an all around amazing trainer. She is passionate about her job and is inspiring to people like myself, to get my butt off that couch and get to the gym!!
Thanks to Christina and a whole lot of sweat later, I'm in better shape now than I have been in years! I even weigh less now then I did prior to getting pregnant. It's like a whole new me!

"I want to share my experience throughout the past few months training with Christina Barrett. I have never been so happy in my life at the accomplishment I have made and it wouldn’t have been possible without her training and guidance. I have been working towards placing top three in a fitness competition for about a year now, with one of my long-term goals being to compete within the OPA (Ontario Physique Association). I had done one show previously with a different federation and I did well, coming top five, however I wanted more and I wanted to feel better about my body overall. While spending an afternoon with Christina only a few months before the November show, we decided to start working together. Christina came up with a meal plan and training plan for me that was like no other plan I had seen before – I could tell right away that she took the time to make the plan for ME; this was not a generic plan sent to every client. I saw results within the first week of following these plans and it only got better from there. Not only were my plans working better than ever before, but Christina gave me endless motivation and encouragement to keep pushing through especially during the tough times of prep.
In only THREE months of working together, Christina took me to the top of my game succeeding in placing top five within the OPA - Better than that I placed 2nd! I have never felt so happy and proud of myself for achieving a goal like this in such a short time. It would not have been possible without Christina. On top of giving me amazing meal plans and training plans, Christina is the best of the best when it comes to posing and she gave me the confidence to rock the stage. I am going to continue this amazing journey with her for the June 1st OPA Provincials Competition at the Toronto Pro Show. I cannot wait to see the changes that take place throughout my off season and prep this time around. Christina is the best of the best and I am so happy to have her as my trainer!!"

"I cannot thank Christina enough for all of her help and support. I tried to get fit on my own, but with our wedding day looming I just wasn't able to get satisfactory results let alone quick enough. After the first week of following the meal and workout plans I was already losing weight. Within a few weeks I was actually loving going to the gym for my strength training sessions. "I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you a but about my journey and my experience with Christina.
I am a single mother of a beautiful 10 year old. As rewarding as that is, I felt i did not have a lot of time to devote to myself over the years. I had terrible eating habits... Meaning I tried every gimmick, injection, food combinations and carb free diets out there. I had some success, yet the weight PROMPTLY retuned with vengeance and usually with a little more weight added because of my failure in my eyes.
I started seeing Christina as literally the last 'kick at the cat' that is to my health and weight. I went to her with an all-in attitude. She is so kind and knowledgable. Patient. She offers great meal plans and I find it taught me to have balance in my eating regime. I recommend it for sure. She also wrote an at home workout plan. Working full time and being a single mom I can't afford me to be gone from the house 4 times a week (unfortunately), yet it trains me to be able to do it on my own. I also see her once a week. I look so forward to my intense workout with her. She pushes my conceived limitations and helps me see how physically strong I really am.
