Best Bikini Booty Moves: Smith Machine Edition!

​Let's put a major focus on the glutes! For me it's important to create that tight, curvy feminine look that the judges are looking for in my bikini competitions so my focus has been: booty booty booty! It is also a major focus for my clients who are bikini competitors; lots and lots of squats, lunges, lifts..you name it! So why is it important to you? The glutes are one of the largest muscle groups on the body, the more you work it effectively the tighter it gets and the tighter you get! Yup, strength training greatly boosts your metabolic rate and helps you burn fat more effectively than cardio and diet alone!
